Can I Change My Subsciption?
Yes. Simply contact us and we’ll be happy to update your subscription.
What if I don't use all of the allotted pounds every month?
Unused pounds do not roll over month to month. If we notice you consistently fall below your plan’s weight limit for three consecutive months, we may reach out to recommend a lower-priced plan that better fits your needs.
Can I have more than one weekly pick-up?
Only the Family Pro plan includes two weekly pickups and drop-offs. All other subscriptions may add an extra weekly pickup as an add-on.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. As long as laundry is left in the agreed-upon location, you do not need to be home.
What items are not accepted?
We do not accept items contaminated with hazardous materials, excessive bodily fluids, or items that pose a health or safety risk.
Can I include bedding?
Yes, bedding is allowed.
What is the typical weight of laundry?
A typical household laundry hamper holds approximately 10 pounds of clothing.
